In addition to looking for process and quality improvements, cost savings and inventory reduction, our 1st Shift Team Leader in our Wisconsin Faucets Cast Valve area is responsible for the coaching, development and overall performance of a production work team with typically 20-40 teammates. Our Team Leaders drive continuous improvement and quality initiatives using a variety of lean processes and tools. In addition to monitoring performance and managing work schedules the Team Leader fosters a collaborative working environment by leading in problem-solving within the team and across functional areas.
