Shipping and Receiving Clerk - (Northwood, OH)

POSITION DETAILS Summary: Coordinate trailer inventory management, inbound/outbound shipments, input receipts against ASN, manage return container system, and ensure all CTPAT qualifications are met. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:* Manage and Coordinate Daily Route Manifest Log.* Verify Receiving and Shipping Windows are met- communicate concerns to supervisor* Updates Hot Parts Board when expedite parts arrive.* Manage the Dock and Yard Inventory Trailer movements to support production and supermarket lines replenishment.* Manage Trailer Tracking Sheet.* Manage and maintain accurate paperwork to support part inventory of trailers in yard.* Maintains records of seat shipping system (BOS qualifications)* Coordinate any logistics to and from outside warehouse/s.* Manage the input of incoming receipts on a regular timely basis.* Diligently maintains records of packing slips* Maintains records of returnable containers* Maintain system for accurately tracking Truckload Utilization.
