Security Officer II- Security - (Longview, TX)

Description As an armed officer the officers' duties will include being a visible deterrent to criminal activity. Responsible for the investigation and reporting of thefts, suspicious persons, and any other incident. Responsible for the enforcement of the parking policy. Responsible for the security of the physical building, off site properties and monitoring visitor traffic. Responsible for patrolling all parking areas as a criminal deterrent. Qualifications Professional Qualifications Certification/Licensure Texas Driver's License Texas Private Security Commission within the guidelines of the State of Texas. Must have Level three Commission card in hand prior to start of employment. De-escalation Training (within 30 days of hire) BLS Certification (within 30 days of hire) ASP Baton Training (within 30 days of hire) OC Spray Training (within 30 days of hire) PPCT Training (within 30 days of hire) Education/Skills High-school diploma or GED Background
