About the Position of Assistant Store Manager Assistant Store Managers apply their on-the-job-training to sell tires and additional products and services while assisting the Store Manager in the daily operations of our retail store locations. While driving Mavis's sales initiatives, Assistant Managers communicate directly with customers, assess customer needs, and provide info regarding requested and/or necessary automotive repairs and maintenance.
