Position details Under supervision, performs basic telephone, high speed data and digital cable installations, and services changes for residential and business customers. Performs basic troubleshooting from tap to customers electronic devices. A self-motivated go-getter who is able to prioritize and complete all tasks assigned in a timely and quality manner. A resourceful multi-tasker and problem solver who will do what it takes to troubleshoot issues and extend 1st-class quality work to customers. The Job Installing alarm systems, relocating, troubleshooting and auditing cable services accurately and efficiently. Preforming initial walkthrough of home to determine the optimal security configuration that provides the customer the best protection for their home.
