Community School Based Behavioral Health Professional - $1500 SIGN ON BONUS - (Bradford, PA)

SUMMARY: The Community and School Based Behavioral Health (CSBBH) Professional is responsible for coordination of treatment for their assigned caseload by performing the following duties. EDUCATION and/or BACKGROUND: Master trained, Licensed in Social work, Counseling, Psychology or Nursing. Managerial background required, plus 2 years background in a CASSP systems program or be a licensed registered nurse with 5 years of background, including 2 in CASSP system program plus certification by the American Nurses credentialing center (ANCC) or American academy of Nurse Practitioner (AANP). Certification as a National Board Certified counselor is also acceptable or be license eligible by having a Master's in Social Work or having a Masters Degree in a social service field with 60 credits that meet the criteria for the NBCC Certification.
