Manufacturing Technician - Clifton - (Clifton, KS)

This position provides support to the machining services group of Northern Natural Gas technical services department through the production, job setup, testing, repair and delivery of parts and equipment to other company locations and provides technical support to the Clifton machine and welding shop. This position is also responsible for performing entry level to complex troubleshooting and repair techniques on manufacturing and testing equipment. Primary Position duties and Responsibilities Calibrate and operate basic machining equipment as well as perform quality assurance checks and tests on production materials and assemblies. Assist machinists and welders in the assembly of mechanical and piping components in both the machining and fabrication areas and support teammates with setups and product change over. Ensure production, material and testing records are kept up-to-date and in accordance with regulatory qualifications and company procedures.
