Organizes, oversees and ensures the quality of library operations and coordinates info resources across the network. (30%) Establishes short and longterm goals and objectives which reflect the priorities and details needs of the organization. (20%) Manages library finances. (20%) Promotes the effective use of details resources and services. (20%) Directs human resource management for the department. (10%) Requirements Min Masters Degree in library science or details science with emphasis in library science 5 yrs’ background; 3 yrs of which are in management and preferably in a health science or specialized library
