Creative Project Manager - (Monroe, LA)

Art Manager Requirements and Responsibilities Maintains functional team workflow and organization procedures. Executes department objectives, and specifications for international packaging. Monitors projects and prepares reports that track and analyze productivity, trends, and other factors that impact costs. Manages project files and networks with external representatives and factories to meet deadlines. Responsibilities : - Schedule, assign and manage all incoming art requests; requests will be assigned to both internal and external artists. - Provide training and guidance to new designers on process and procedures. - Develop processes to ensure timely and efficient service with focus on continuous improvements. - Review art requests to ensure accuracy and completeness. - Manage all art requests and revisions to ensure deadlines are being met. - Ensure that proofs are received, design info is updated and attach art to orders in system. - Supply final artwork to vendors for production via FTP.
