Maintenance Technician - (Plymouth, WI)

What you Do. Provide preventive and predictive maintenance by systematically troubleshooting, repairing and replacing in-kind, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic parts primarily for manufacturing equipment. Maintain and promote a safe working atmosphere taking appropriate safety precautions and measures. Adhere to strict housekeeping of work area in shop and assigned tasks throughout facility. Follow GMP knowledge and practice at all times. Take pride and ownership in task and job performed. Follow established maintenance excellence processes and required standards of excellence. Utilize the predictive maintenance diagnostic tools and procedures provided, interpreting and documenting results. Take appropriate measures to prevent failure. Utilize maintenance management system to perform position assignments. Complete work order assignments within the given amount of time directed. Report any need for deviation through proper channels.
