Production Recruiter - Greeley, CO - (Greeley, CO)

Position Purpose The Production Recruiter Specialist is responsible for managing and delivering all facets (including outreach) of the mobile recruiting process for production workers at various NA Protein locations and businesses. Assignments include working with GHRS and BHR leaders to develop a sourcing strategy and recruiting plans based on the needs of the business and Locations. The role is responsible for executing mobile recruiting activities and the hiring process at mobile recruiting locations. Additionally the successful applicant will ensure compliance with legal and company qualifications, (AAP, I-9, OFCCP, Experience Checks, Relocation, etc. Principal Accountabilities 50% Execute the hiring process associated with mobile recruiting activities, i.e. interviewing applicants, conducting experience checks, post offer paperwork, extend job offers, coordinate hiring needs from various protein locations.
