Commercial Relationship Manager - (Lawrenceville, PA)

Standard Bank is seeking a self-motivated individual for a Commercial Relationship Manager position located in its Lawrenceville office. The Commercial Relationship Manager position assumes responsibility for developing and managing commercial loan relationships including interviewing and analyzing candidate data, negotiating provisions and structure of loans, cross-selling Bank products and services and monitoring loan repayment activities. Candidates should be willing to be involved in community organizations to promote good customer relations for the Bank. Assume responsibility for the commercial loan origination functions by identifying and interviewing potential and existing loan customers. Collect, analyze, and evaluate financial data and qualify candidates for underwriting and presents completed documentation to the Commercial Lending department. Able to negotiate credit terms, such as costs, loan repayment methods and collateral specifications with customers within Bank guidelines.
