Dogwood Veterinary Emergency & Specialty Hospital is looking for a full time Technician Supervisor in Richmond, Viriginia. About the Job: The Technician Supervisor works with the Regional Operations Manager to ensure that new and pre-existing procedures and policies are functioning properly. Develop and maintain protocols to ensure referring veterinarian and client satisfaction is maintained at a high-level. Maintain expert knowledge of hospital policies and procedures. Implement top notch customer service to all new and pre-existing employees of TOS within all locations Handle the oversight of client and customer complaints (with Operations Manager) and resolve client communication issues
