Volunteer Coordinator - Hospice - (Rhinelander, WI)

Overview Ministry Home Care, an Ascension at Home company, is looking for a Volunteer Coordinator to join our team in Rhinelander. Ascension at Home provides comprehensive home-based services across Wisconsin. Our services include Home Health, Hospice and Home Infusion Therapy. We offer our RN Case Managers aggressive compensation, adjustable hours, 401K, medical/dental/vision and paid time off. This position is responsible for recruiting, training, scheduling, directing and evaluating volunteers. Also responsible for management and development of all volunteer programs, key person in developing and implementing local fundraising activities with agency leadership and the home office community outreach staff, and for coordinating community education efforts. Responsibilities Active participation in meeting agency customer satisfaction goals. Create predictability for patients by following standard practices and using KEY WORDS AT KEY TIMES to decrease caregiver anxiety.
