Warehouse Manager - (Rochester, NY)

Responsibilities:* Manages the day to day operations of warehouse staff; Recruit, select, orient, coach and motivate employees* Adhere to all warehousing, handling and shipping legislation requirements; Liaise with clients, suppliers and transport companies; schedule and maintain work schedule, assign tasks appropriately and appraise results* Produce reports and statistics regularly (IN/OUT status report, dead stock report etc) and other data metrics as appropriate.* Responsible for ensuring all records are maintained and procurements are documented from origination through delivery using the WASP Inventory System and NetSuite Financial System.
