$12 an hour Hours/Week: 35 hours Location: US:NY:Waddington Teller one (or 2 with required experience) Summary: A Teller is usually the 1st point of contact for Bank patrons; therefore they must create and deliver a positive customer background while providing a variety of services involving the receipt and payment of all monies. This job requires an individual with a positive attitude, who is a team member, and is able to actively listen for customer financial needs and refer them to the appropriate bank product or bank representative. Perfect applicant with prior cash handling or customer service skills is preferred but not required. Education and training: High-school certificate or GED Skills: Excellent communication abilities Attention to detail Basic math and technical skills Responsibilities: Provide prompt, comprehensive and effective customer service Deliver accurate processing of basic bank transactions while following proper procedures to minimize errors and reduce fraud
