Wealth Management Banker - (Cedar Rapids, IA)
Manages relationship with clients to ensure clients' financial needs are met and exceeded. Provides expert financial advice and counsel to customers and prospective clients especially in the areas of private banking, personal trust, and investments. Calls on potential and/or existing clients to develop new business and increase or retain relationships with current customers. Ensures the credit worthiness of customers, maintaining proper risk ratings and maintaining client satisfaction. Analyzes economic and industry market trends to identify potential business opportunities and high-risk situations. Underwrites and sponsors loans. Analyzes existing loans to ensure conformity with terms and to detect the development of unfavorable trends. Actively involved in community networking to identify and capitalize on new business development opportunities. This position necessitates National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration under the terms of the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z.
