Teller Supervisor, Shawnee (2018-1872) Tinker Federal Credit Union has an immediate opening for a full time Teller Supervisor at our Shawnee branch. This position will be responsible for supervising employees in accordance with policies, procedures and applicable laws; interviewing, training, and ongoing coaching; planning, assigning and directing work; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. Applicants who are qualified will have a Associates Degree + two years' financial institution background, knowledge of Reg. CC, DD, J, D, E, B and Z, knowledge of Equal Credit Opportunity Act, FCRA, HMDA, IRS rules for IRAs and NCUA share insurance rules.
