LTE Assistant Deer Ecologist - (Madison, WI)

The Assistant Deer Ecologist will administer the deer management program including: reviewing developing, interpreting and writing report on deer population and harvest data; serving on interdisciplinary committees to design or modify deer harvest regulations, permitting processes, harvest quotas, and permit levels. In addition, this position will support the County Deer Advisory Council program through coordination of materials, responding to questions from council members and the public, and managing the CDAC database and web page info. This position will also prepare public details fact sheets, maps, brochures, educational materials, press releases and manage internet content related to deer management issues and biology. Special Notes: This is a limited term (LTE) position.
