Description The Nebraska Department of Agriculture Food, Dairy & Residue Laboratory performs a wide spectrum of microbiology and chemistry tests. This position is split half-and-half between dairy and food testing. Test results support regulatory programs in the NDA Food Safety and Consumer Protection focus area to protect public health and to prevent consumer fraud. Labwork adheres to ISO 17025 and the Pasteurized Milk Ordinance to ensure the quality and mutual recognition of test results.
