Security Officer - Cherokee - Part Time - (Cherokee, IA)

Cherokee Distribution Center Cherokee, Iowa Position title: Security Officer Department: Warehouse General Function The Security Officer rotates between Security Patrol (SP), and Traffic Control Center (TCC). As Security Patrol Officer, insure the security of all Distribution Center buildings, trucks, trailers, merchandise, sensitive areas, employees and visitors. Patrol lots and parking areas, both in vehicle and on foot. As Traffic Control Officer, monitor and document all traffic in and out of facilities, acts as 1st contact for product deliveries and visitors at TCC, monitor CCTV feeds, monitor alarm software, dispatch Security Patrol to incidents and suspicious activity, answer telephones and assist callers. All positions observe and report for correction any and all security and policy violations.
