JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The following sets forth the key responsibilities of this job, but is not an exhaustive list. The Organization, through its managers and supervisors, reserves the right to assign any additional duties necessary to meet the needs of our patients, partners and/or employees. #ZR CEO provides transformative leadership over programs and services provided by Company. Provides strategic leadership for the organization by working with the Board of Directors and other management teammates to establish long-range goals, strategies, plans, and policies. Ensures that all aspects of the organization’s activities obtain max financial returns commensurate with the best interest of patients, employees and the public. CEO manages the executive leaders of the organization and works with each of department head to develop the overall goals and strategy in support of the organization.
