Sales & Operations Planning Analyst - (Concord, NH)
This role will be the process owner and chief architect of our Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process: responsible for process design, measurements of success, technology enablement and continuous improvement. This individual will be responsible for a demand plan that effectively characterizes future customer demand that can be translated to revenue, units, tonnage and production hours. Position duties * Leads the S&OP process, ensures deadlines are met for key deliverables, continuously refines the existing process to increase forecast accuracy and process flow. Sets Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that drive effective business results. * Leads monthly demand plan consensus meetings between Sales, Commercial Management, Business Development, Directors of Operations, Supply Planning and Customer Service. Quantifies feedback to support growth and strategic objectives.
