Develop, implement, manage, and maintain the services to facilitate the maintenance, repair and alteration of school district buildings and grounds, oversee the design, planning and developing of facilities and new construction. Directing program operations for maintenance, including budgeting and complying with established qualifications. CRITICAL FUNCTIONS, DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Collaborates with internal and external personnel for the purpose of coordinating activities and programs, resolving issues, and exchanging info concerning assigned functions and related matters.
