As the Facilities Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for all repairs and maintenance of campus buildings, and overall site. You will work on HVAC systems, pneumatic controls, plumbing, fire protection, and work on the preventative maintenance program. You will support and/or supervise outside contractors for any repairs, janitorial, landscaping, and other needs.
