Success Coach (Project HELP Grant) Full time Kearney A Bachelor's degree in social work, human services or a related position required. Must have an understanding of case management and working with low-income individuals as typically acquired through a min of 2 years background. Most possess analytical and people skills to solve problems and work with students, staff, faculty and community partners. Must be able to operate independently as well as on a team and maintain accurate records. Requires some travel. The Success Coach will provide intensive case management for grant participants in health science programs. Assignments include: determining eligibility for the grant, case management throughout the program, tracking progress and services provided and partnering with college and community resources. Position involves one-on-one coaching as well as group presentations. This is a grant funded position through September 29, 2020.
