Position title Strategic Designer Position details Summary The Strategic Designer's primary focus is to provide strategic space and occupancy planning ability in support of long-term supply and demand planning, real estate strategy, workplace design, space analysis and space efficiency within a client's real estate portfolio. Job summary Principle Responsibilities Deliver client workplace model standards; recommends new standards and looks for continued improvements to the client workplace design Create new space layouts and suggests workplace improvements in response to client business needs and ways of working qualifications Develop pilot projects to introduce new innovations and changes to the workplace model Provide proposals to maximize space efficiencies while implementing solutions in-line with corporate real estate goals Make recommendations to enhance operational efficiency, service delivery, cost savings, and asset utilization Collaborate with Real Estate Portfolio Strategist, Project Management
