Business Banking Lender - (Munster, IN)

Position is responsible for annually originating $6-10 million in Commercial Loans. Lenders also develop, maintain and service loan customers plus cross-sell bank products and services. Local processors and analysts allow for quick approvals and closings. Candidates who are qualified need a Bachelor's degree plus a min of 3 years prior Commercial Lending background. Knowledge of the Northwest Indiana market highly desirable. Proven sales skills necessary. The position will include a base salary for up to the 1st year and transition to a base plus quarterly incentive program. Annual goals include maintenance of existing accounts plus new business development. Travel will be primarily in Lake and Porter County, IN. Compensation also includes a generous profit-sharing plan.
