Office Administrator Position description Position title: Office Administrator Salary: 35-38K / year Location: Birmingham, AL Vaco is working with a great client in immediate need for an Office Administrator to help in the daily operations of the business. Our client is in the financial services industry and this position is open due to recent growth. Assignments include: Managing the overall workflow of the office Maintaining and modifying electronic and hard copy filesOrdering office suppliesProcessing payroll for 20-30 peopleManaging spreadsheets and filing expense reportsMaking travel arrangements and managing the calendars of several high-volume producers.Managing company social media accounts, mailings and establishing and implementing new, more aggressive marketing initiatives Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a business-related position is strongly preferred but not required3-five years of previous office management experience, including preparing payroll
