Administrative Assistant Position details Position title: Administrative AssistantLocation: Birmingham, ALWe have an immediate need for an Administrative Assistant for 1 of our clients in the Birmingham area. The incumbent Administrative Assistant will manage the overall administration of the office as well as handle general clerical duties, monitoring expenses associated with projects, document preparation and modification, meeting coordination, invoice processing internet-based research and maintaining office supply inventories.
