Service Technician - (Portage, MI)

Service Technician The Hinman Company, a leader in commercial real estate, is looking for a highly motivated individual to fill the position of Service Technician. This is a full-time position to perform building maintenance for commercial properties in the Kalamazoo area. The qualified applicant will have background in commercial property maintenance. Duties include but not limited to: adherence to preventative maintenance schedules, HVAC, carpentry, drywall, plumbing and electrical. This job mandates attention to detail, and superior organizational, written and verbal skills, and the expertise to operate independently with limited supervision. Local travel is required.
