Position details: We’re looking for the newest member of our Lighting Team in Langhorne, PA For this role, a strict attention to detail is a must as well as great communication abilities and a professional attitude. The perfect applicant will microsoft excel at servicing the customer while working as part of a team. Successful Quotations Assistants have found opportunities to progress within our Lighting Team and have moved up into more challenging roles. Position duties: Manage all RFQ mailboxes using the DVR Project Process. Enter RFQs into JMS for the Quotations Specialist. Extract the fixture schedule, counts, drawing and specifications for PDF or FTP sites. Input and attach details into JMS Quoting System. Assist with Submittal Requests and Operating and Maintenance Manual. Provide support for the department as need. Engage in Life Long Learning activities and meet yearly requirements. Attend vendor classes. Performs other duties as obvious or assigned.
