The Intern will work as a part of the Customer Support team to assist in providing quality support on technical, business and operational inquires/systems in a professional and timely manner for the Bank, internal and external customer. Will log and document tickets in accordance with defined procedures. May participate in small projects as needed. Applicant should be a self-starter willing to work in a structured and high energy environment.
