Position details Title: Contact Center Professional Location: Birmingham, AL Hourly: $14-16 About this position: Vaco has been engaged by a top company in Birmingham to add a Contact Center Professional to their growing team. This person will serve as the liaison between the company and its current clients. A successful applicant will be able to accept ownership for effectively managing client issues and inquiries, keeping client satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior. Responsibilities: Manage inbound and outbound calls and respond to customer requests in a timely manner. Provide customers with product and service info. Transfer customer calls to the appropriate staff. Identify, research, and resolve customer issues using the computer system. Follow-up on customer inquires not immediately resolved. Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile. Prepare reports for management. Research billing issues and misapplied payments.
