Position summary: ESL Tutor · Meet on-line with secondary, university, or adult learners either one-on-one or in groups of up to five students. Tutors will be trained in the English3 methodology and will have quarterly reviews. The English3 methodology is based on language production and the format is essentially a flipped classroom, where students work through on-line activities in preparation for their tutor session, where they will practice and perform tasks.
