CRITICAL RESPONSIBILITIES: · Support a High-Performing Team o Responsible for the strategic development and execution of key learning strategies to create and sustain a high-performing team. o Inspire others to take action through authentic leadership, passion, and commitment to winning. · Build a Breakthrough Training and Development Strategy o Lead the development and execution of the Marketing Capabilities training strategy. o Lead team and Marketing core competency building, coaching, and team effectiveness. o Drive organizational and customer engagement, alignment and excitement for Capabilities curriculum. · Deliver Training Curriculum That Drives Action o Lead the design, development, implementation and evaluation of learning and development programs (i.e. Marketing U) that support organizational objectives. o Responsible for vendor identification, price negotiation and content development for core programs to meet the needs of functional-specific Marketing training.
