We are looking to bring a Technical Recruiter on to our highly successful team. We are competing to bring the best and brightest technical talent to Credit Karma, a mission driven financial technology company that is going through hyper growth. You will support senior management on our technology team to bring in mission critical employees. Credit Karma is a high energy environment with a healthy collaborative environment. You will report directly to our Sr. Talent Acquisition Manager. What the Job Entails Attract the best technical talent from around the country. Meet and exceed recruiting metrics (hires, days to hire, applicant background, offer accepts). Source using various tools. Recommend new strategies and resources for finding and attracting technical talent. Build trusted and long term relationships with hiring managers. Develop strategic job plans for their requisitions and coach them on hiring best practices. Provide a stellar applicant background and develop strong relationships with applicants.
