Come join the Ulta Corporate TA Team As a Senior IT Recruiter on our Corporate Talent Acquisition team, you will manage the full life cycle recruitment process for the entire IT department at ULTA. As a Talent Advisor, you will partner closely with internal hiring leaders to better understand their function to drive an excellent client background. You will also work together with internal and external candidates to ensure an outstanding applicant background is delivered on a consistent basis. Ideal candidates for this role will have corporate recruiting background, strong business acumen, excellent organizational and communication expertise and an expertise to build strong relationships with candidates and internal clients.
