Temporary Personnel Officer / Recruiter - (Lincoln, NE)

Description This is a temporary position for up to twelve months. This individual must be self-motivated and able to work unaided under limited supervision. This position is responsible for providing assistance, direction and guidance to both internal and external customers on the recruitment and selection process. Will be an active participant of the Human Resource Team to provide assistance on other Human Resource topics as needed. Examples of Work Write job requisitions and advertisements; assist in identification of essential position requirements, knowledge's, skills, abilities, requirements and requirements; develop screening devices, interview questions, and other testing devices; work with interview panels to provide direction; finalize the selection by reviewing files to ensure justification supports final selection; check personnel files or conduct reference checks.
