We're looking for a Sales Force Developer to join our team in Salt Lake City, Utah and collaborate closely with the CRM Manager. Critical responsibilities In line with our 'AscentialForce' development standards, deliver technical changes and support, through system configuration and code Manage the installation and ongoing maintenance of Force.com applications Take ownership of support cases and their resolution, taking appropriate action within agreed SLA and approval processes Assess capabilities delivered in each Salesforce release and work with brand CRM Managers to identify opportunities to exploit Complete routine administrative tasks to maintain data integrity Develop a strong understanding of the business
