Utility Person, Lead - (Los Gatos, CA)

The Utility Person, Lead handles and stores food in accordance with current applicable federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations, with our established policies and procedures. Under the general direction of the kitchen supervisor, stocks and restocks shelves, maintains clean and sanitary working conditions in all walk in refrigerators and store rooms, and receives all perishable and non perishable deliveries for Dining Services Follows established HACCP procedures. Responsibilities The Utility Person, Lead is responsible for receiving all goods shipped to the Dining Services Department in accordance with the workplace standards. Participates in the ordering of items as assigned or needed, and completes the paperwork associated with all orders Works with Kitchen Supervisor to ensure that all items on invoices are actually received and in terrific condition
