Shipping and Receiving Associate - (Toledo, OH)

Superior Uniform Sales, Inc. has been providing uniform apparel to private and public sector organizations for 35yrs. We are a family-owned and operated business based in Toledo, Ohio and serve customers both within and outside of Ohio. Responsibilities: Receive incoming shipments and compare items to work orders (style 's, quantities, etc.) Count items to ensure correct number have been received Move incoming items to designated storage areas and supervise storage activities Look through work orders to determine order picking activities and pick orders according to the specific instructions provided Match order details in purchase orders with details on picked items Record damaged or defective items Trace missing or lost shipments Ensure all incoming and outgoing shipments are properly labeled and that corresponding documents are available with each shipment Organize and maintain shipping records Receive and unload freight manually or with equipment Verify quantity and quality of order; verify items received
