Chief Marketing and Communications Officer - (Manhattan Beach, CA)

POSITION DESCRIPTION: Reporting to the president and CEO and serving as an integral member of the Executive Team, the Chief Marketing and Communications Officer (CMCO) will be responsible for the organization’s marketing and communication strategies including print, digital and public relations. This role is responsible for creating a robust and diverse pipeline of constituents across all channels that will engage with the organization and help us achieve our fundraising goals. This role is also responsible for the organization’s public relations including building, sustaining and managing the organization’s reputation as seen and understood by the public. In addition, this role ensures that the company’s culture, values, and beliefs are integrated into its marketing and communication efforts and that it is consistent across all channels.
