Veterinary Technician Assistant - (Athens, GA)

Small animal, 2 doctor hospital in Athens, Georgia area seeking mature, dependable, responsible, motivated individual to join our team. We have over 35 yrs of combined veterinary background and a strong client base that allows us to practice very high-quality medicine. This position is full-time (40 hours a week) and occasional overtime. A typical schedule would be 7-6,7-2, 7-1, 7-6,7-1 allowing flexibility and time off. You will rotate and share weekends and holidays 2 weekends every month is typical. No after hours emergency work. We are a general, small animal practice with some exotics patients as well. We also have canine rehabilitation and hydrotherapy as part of our practice as well as boarding. We have digital radiographs, including digital dental; ECG, hematology and blood chemistry on site. We use Avimark medical software and are a paper light practice. We will refer cases to specialist when medically indicated.
