Build Relationships - Become a Hospice Companion - (Phoenix, AZ)

Suncrest Hospice is looking for compassionate, dependable, trustworthy, and committed volunteers to spend time with our terminally ill patients. Our volunteer services ranges from companionship to music therapy and other activities in which you and our patients will enjoy. We have patients all over the Valley: Phoenix, Mesa, Chandler, Gilbert, Scottsdale, Surprise, Peoria, Glendale, and Sun City. We are asking for our volunteers to dedicate an hour (min) a week to spend time with our patients. We also ask our volunteers to acquire physical exam, TB test, and drug screen in which we will provide at no charge. We welcome children to volunteer, however, minors who are fourteen and under will be required to have an adult to sign up and attend orientation and accompany minor(s) during visits.
