Completes repairs as needed or requested. Keeps various work and storage rooms, public areas and restrooms, garage/ shed, tools and supplies organized and clean. Keeps garbage removed from building. Paints, patches or repairs all interior surfaces. Assures all floor surfaces are clean and appropriately finished. Assures that residents' rooms and bathrooms, public areas and work areas are clean. Paints and maintains all exterior building surfaces and window frames.
