GENERAL SUMMARY Provides quality visual merchandising for PR&C retail stores. Reports all merchandising concerns to the Retail Manager and Buyers. Provides customer service and cashier duties as needed in the gift shops. 4 DIAMOND SERVICE AGREEMENT All Teammates will display a 4 Diamond commitment to Customer Service through the delivery and maintenance of the Quality Standards established by Pechanga Resort and Casino. REQUIRED RESPONSIBILITIES Maintains quality visual merchandising in all retail stores. Reviews merchandise sell through and makes informed decisions pertaining to product placement and visual display. Ensures appropriate fixtures are used when merchandising for best visual effect and employee and customer safety. Is familiar with all new merchandise and labels carried in gift shops. Re-stocks gift shops as necessary and reviews placement of product to maximize sales. Keeps Management and Buyers informed of all merchandising concerns.
