Emser Tile, the nationwide supplier of high quality floor covering products servicing world-leading retailers, builders and contractors, seeks a Commercial Territory Manager to develop and drive the commercial business segment, more specifically in the Commercial community. Required responsibilities: Under the direction and supervision of the Regional Sales Manager, sells to Commercial Tile contractors, General Contractors, Property Owners, Managers and Developers. Leverage relationships with contractors to keep informed about their projects and to help create/convert tile and setting material specifications during the design stage before they go out to bid. Responsible for organizing commercial team account assignment and coverage in concert with RSM.
