Plan Configuration and Quality Control Analyst , Location El Dorado Hills CA ( This opportunity is through a 3rd party - Temp To Permanent ) The Plan Configuration and Quality Control Analyst is responsible for supporting the benefit design administration functions of the company including the overall configuration of new client benefit plan designs, changes to existing client benefit plan designs and quality control measures. This position has no direct reports. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILIT I ES: Review and ensure accuracy of documented/submitted client plan/benefit configuration requirements Configure client plan/benefit design within the PBM Express (PharmScreens) software platform Review benefit set up via benefit compare tool and other quality control measures to ensure configuration accuracy and compliance Monitor and ensure adherence to all plan/benefit configuration assigned timelines Serve as configuration project liaison between Account Services team and direct client contacts Serve as point
