Quality Assurance Analyst 1 - (Brentwood, TN)

Overview of Position The Data Exchange Quality Assurance Analyst I , under supervision of the Manager of Data Exchange Operations, will be responsible for executing or monitoring routine operational procedures in support of the Data Exchange process which bring data in or out of naviHealth systems. This individual will be responsible for basic triage and troubleshooting for the operational processes and will engage other teammates when additional support is required for operational needs. Other responsibilities include support for the QA lead in testing and ensuring the quality of all components of the Data Exchange platform. As a technical analyst within the Data Engineering organization, a primary focus of the position is ensuring the quality of the data that enters the organization, as well as the processes that are used to handle the data.
